In Situ expensive industrial equipment requires routine maintenance to ensure smooth operational running and help maximise and achieve its full cost effective working life, all the time complying with stringent health and safety requirements.Here a routine maintenance period allowed us to grit blast the areas of corrosion and apply an industrial protective coating system suitable for application during the harsh cold environment of a British January. For this we used Zinga Galvanic Spray Applied Liquid Protection which, as an approved Zinga application contractor, enabled us to complete the project within the time frame despite the cold and the rain.
