Epoxy Resin Flooring from 1993 in Bristol and the South West

Surface Preparation is essential to the success of all Epoxy Resin Flooring applications. 

We use the best Resin Technology available today, the Resin Flooring Systems require Quality Preparation to ensure Maximum Adhesion and Key of the 1st coat to the substrate, and then inter-coat chemical cured adhesion of each additional epoxy flooring coat in compliance of the Manufacturers Specifications and Technical Data Sheets. 

During the Preparation Stage surface cracks and damage is now easily identified, and can be repaired with a range of Epoxy Mortars, Fillers, and where needed Crack Injection, all then ground flush prior to proceeding to the Epoxy Resin Flooring Applications.  

Epoxy Flooring Resin Seal Coats are intended for use in Light Duty situations. Applied by Roller in 2 Coats to a Typical System Finish of around 150 microns. 

High Build Epoxy Floor Coatings suit most of today's Workplace Situations and are primarily designed for Medium Duty Environments. Applied by Squeegee and Roller in thickness up to 1000 microns. 

All Epoxy Resin Flooring Systems are available in a huge range of colours, with the option of Slip Reducing Polymer Beads or Aggregates where required.

Referred to as Self Smoothing, Flow Coatings, or Self Levelling Coatings, these Epoxy Resin Flooring Systems are suited for use in Medium to Heavy Duty Environments. Applied with Notched Trowels and Squeegees to a Typical Thickness 2mm to 3mm and Spike Rolled for the Final Epoxy Flooring Finish.  

Epoxy Flooring Polyurethane 4mm to 12mm Systems are extremely hard wearing and offer Durable Hygienic Slip Reduced Coloured Resin Flooring Finishes. 

To Compliment Epoxy Resin Flooring an alternative option is Cementitious Self Levelling Systems that can be typically applied at 10mm to 20mm, usually installed by pump, and can transform old substrates to a new power float finished appearance.
